This house has the garage door on the front side of the house!
(The picture above is of a new construction similar to this plan that had the garage door on the end instead of the front of the house.)
This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, an open floor plan with the master bedroom split apart from the other bedrooms.  The spacious master bedroom has an arched alcove in its layout, a step up tray ceiling, and a walk-in closet.  The other bedroom closets are a nice size too!
The laundry room is nice & handy for easy access upon entry from the garage.  These plans can be used to build with 8' or 9' walls.  The big open Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining area has a step up tray ceiling...in the house pictured above crown molding was installed on the lower edge of the step up & cove lighting placed in there.
There are 2 floor layout options in these plans!  In the first one the master bathroom is designed for a seamless
shower & tub unit.  In floor option 2 the master closet & bathroom are bigger, with a 4' size shower separate from the tub!
